With his foundation club in Lyme Regis already doing well, owner Craig took a big step by opening a newer, bigger (and dare we say) better club in the market town of Honiton.
With the challenge of breaking into a new area, Craig needed a partner to develop his brand, promote the clubs and drive the sales.
Case Study
Our first step was to establish and distinguish the B! brand. We tweaked the logo, and spent time understanding and developing means to communicate the passion oozing from Craig and his ‘lifetime of fitness’. We identified the USP and created a B! concept that could be applied to all his marketing activity, regardless of medium. With the first promotion complete, we deployed Chris with his sales hat as ‘boots on the ground’ to take the message to the local community. This represents month one of our working with him; and there are a lot of ideas that are yet to come…
